Squamish Lions Club

Lions are an international network of 1.3 million men and women in 200 countries and geographic areas who work together to answer the needs that challenge communities around the world. Known for working to end preventable blindness, Lions participate in a vast variety of projects important to their communities. These projects range from cleaning up local parks to providing supplies to victims of natural disasters.

Mission:
The Lion's Club is an active service club which supports Lifeline, the Journey for Sight,and Camp Squamish, a summer camp for children with disabilities.We also lend a hand at numerous local community events such as the Relay for Life, Farmers Market,Logger Sports,any many more. Plus, international projects such as digging wells in Peru and free eye operations in other Third World countries. The Lions also raise money for local needs such as hospital equipment,Homeless Drop In Center and youth scholarships. The Lions Club motto is "We Serve".
