Beer Garden Coordinator
The Beer Garden Coordinator is responsible for:
• Arranging for required permits
• Coordinating beer supply, including purchase, pick-up, delivery
• Coordinating and scheduling volunteers for bar service, ticket sellers and bar backup
• Coordinating set up of beer garden including tables, tents, chairs, ice, and all required bar items
• Coordinating clean up of beer garden after the event
Location:
from home, plus monthly meetings held at the Squamish Valley Golf Course
Time Commitment:
Long Term 6 or more months

Time Commitment:
• Prior to Event: approximately 45 hours (includes monthly committee meetings)
• Day of the Event: 8-10 hours, on both Saturday & Sunday
Training Provided:
Training and support will be provided by the previous coordinator and other committee members.

Skills or Requirements:
- organized
- self-motivated, able to work well on their own
- able to supervise and coordinate other volunteers
- must have driver's license and access to a vehicle
